Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Pump House Brewery (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Contest Period
The contest begins at 12:00 AM on a date determined by the participating location and closes on September 25, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

How to Enter
Entry methods will be determined by each participating licensed establishment (each, a “Participating Location”), which may include bars, restaurants, or other licensed venues carrying Pump House products.
No purchase is required to enter. Each Participating Location must make a no-purchase method of entry available upon request.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Participating Location unless otherwise specified at the location. Any attempt to enter using multiple identities or methods may result in disqualification.

Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded:
Marshall Bluetooth Speaker
Approximate retail value: $250 CAD

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each Participating Location.

Winner Selection and Notification
Each Participating Location will conduct its own random draw from all eligible entries received during the
Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about October 2, 2026.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, another entrant may be selected at the discretion of the Participating Location.

Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.

General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Participating Locations, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each Participating Location, along with their respective affiliates, employees, and agents, from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor and Participating Location to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable laws of Canada.

Winners List
To request the name of a winner, contact the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of the draw date.
Acknowledgment

This contest is conducted by individual Participating Locations. Pump House Brewery acts solely as the Sponsor and is not responsible for the administration of individual draws conducted by Participating Locations.
